What Is Kuk Sool?

Williston Martial Arts Center is a member of United Mirae Kuk Sool. Kuk Sool is a system of studying the entirety of the traditional martial arts of Korea, encompassing 5,000 years of Korean martial history.  Because of this, Kuk Sool is comprehensive and the curriculum contains much of one might expect to see in a martial art,  plus much more..

  • Increasing memory capacity

  • Improving flexibility

  • Learning perseverance, self-control,and compassion

  • Teaching good manners, safe behaviors, and respect for everyone regardless of physical ability, race, politics or religion
