What Is Kuk Sool?
Williston Martial Arts Center is a member of United Mirae Kuk Sool. Kuk Sool is a system of studying the entirety of the traditional martial arts of Korea, encompassing 5,000 years of Korean martial history. Because of this, Kuk Sool is comprehensive and the curriculum contains much of one might expect to see in a martial art, plus much more..
What do we teach?
The below black belt curriculum (white, yellow, blue, red, brown, brown-black) contains many different new and more challenging versions of the techniques listed below.

Hand Strikes
Pressure Points
Joint Locks

Acrobatics and safe falling
The Kuk Sool curriculum includes traditional Korean martial arts weapons, beginning at white belt with jool bong or "nunchucks" as they are more commonly known and then progressing with the following weapons as a student becomes more advanced.
